I accompany people in phases of personal transformation and awakening, helping them to overcome what is holding them back and to find clarity, direction and a deep connection with themselves.
I'm a former language teacher, and I've always been passionate about spiritual practices that promote the expansion of consciousness and (re)connection to universal knowledge. I've been practicing hypnosis continuously since 2018, and since 2019, I've been working with hypnosis, leading hundreds of individual sessions aimed at releasing internal blockages and promoting real, lasting transformation.
I accompany people during turning points in their lives, helping them overcome what holds them back and regain clarity, direction, and a deep connection with themselves.

My journey combines professional experiences in diverse contexts, over twenty years of yoga and meditation practice, and years of study and practice in hypnosis and techniques to access deep states of consciousness. Since 2018, I have been practicing hypnosis continuously, and since 2019, I have been working with the QHHT® – Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, guiding hundreds of individual sessions aimed at releasing inner blocks and facilitating real, lasting changes.

I am a certified QHHT® Level 2 practitioner and have completed advanced training in Ericksonian Hypnosis (Académie Européenne d’Hypnose – France), Clinical Hypnotherapy (J. Drumheller Academy – USA), and Beyond Quantum Healing® (Candace Craw-Goldman – USA).
These skills allow me to accompany each person in a safe, respectful, and personalized way, helping them access their inner resources and facilitate their own transformation.

Sessions take place in a quiet and private environment, and I work with clients in Italian, French, and English. This work is designed for those who feel they are at a turning point and seek deep transformation, rather than quick or superficial solutions.

Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a very powerful tool that allows you to find YOUR answers. The truest answers are those we find within ourselves. It's a learning process that happens through a technique where you give the answers and where you learn to trust. You recontact the deep parts of yourself, the true Self, your wise part. You re-tune to your channel, and this gives you deep inner peace.

Most hypnosis techniques do not involve a dialogue between the hypnotherapist and the client. Instead, with the Quantum Healing Technique, the patient creates the scenario. The hypnotherapist explores with the patient, but is only the "facilitator" of self-healing. It is a safe, guided process, a personal growth experience where you will receive exactly what you need in that moment.

Hypnosis also allows you to release karmic memories. Our unconscious has preserved in its memory a multitude of experiences that our soul has lived through during its existence. Some of these experiences have left karmic imprints that influence our present. During the session, it is possible to "re-get" in touch with our karmic memories to become aware and understand the experiences lived by the soul. Releasing these memories will make your current life freer, brighter and full of new meaning.
QHHT is based on the fundamental principle that every being is a soul that has incarnated on Earth to have experiences that should allow it to evolve towards the highest expression of Unconditional Love.

Humanity is currently in full evolution, these planetary changes will only be able to manifest themselves when everyone takes responsibility for the evolution and awakening of their soul.
The accompaniment is always done with "ecological" respect for the person and is guided to be as relevant as possible. Hypnosis work can also be particularly useful for anyone who is on a path called "Twin Flames".

The only contraindications to hypnosis are deafness, personality disorders, epilepsy, episodes of distortion of the vision of reality.
